Inconel Rectangular Bars are the superior dimensional properties of not only chemical properties and mechanical properties, but also physical properties that make them perfect for really demanding applications. Typically, they are comprised of nickel (58% min), chromium (20-23%), iron (balance), molybdenum (8-10%), with little traces of carbon, manganese, silicon, and sulfur. Mechanically, these bars have very high tensile strength, yield strength, and incredible toughness, even at elevated temperatures. They have a melting point of about 1370-1400°C with very good oxidation and corrosion resistance. Physically, Inconel Rectangular Bars are stable in hundreds of thermal cycles and help to ensure work reliability even in the most extreme environments, such as aerospace, chemical processing, and marine industries.
